Cephas (pronounced see-fass) has 35 years experience investing in the local Nelson market. We are proud to be a long-term property investor that has supported the advancement of this unique, interesting city, and the wider Nelson Tasman region, for more than three decades.
One of our first projects, in 1984, was constructing 164 Hardy Street, Nelson. The completion of that building allowed us to purchase more land, and create what was the original site for Pomeroy’s Coffee on Trafalgar Street, now Fords Restaurant. From there, Cephas has been involved in many significant properties throughout the Nelson Tasman region.
A family-owned Nelson company, Cephas has also invested New Zealand wide through strategic partnerships. Our property investment and management experience includes residential, industrial parks, office refurbishments, and retail – from single tenancy property to significant sub-regional, multi-tenanted retail centres.
Some of the projects that Cephas has been involved with:
- Richmond Mall, Richmond
- Barrington Mall, Christchurch
- Papamoa Plaza, Tauranga
- 321 Queen Street, Richmond
- 55-57 Collingwood Street, Nelson
- 126 Trafalgar Street, Nelson
